The FEI Youth Rankings are the official monthly world rankings for young equestrian athletes competing in international sport. Published by the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI), the rankings recognise leading riders, horses and combinations across categories including Under 25, Young Riders, Juniors, Ponies, Children, Para Dressage and Endurance.
These rankings provide a snapshot of the sport's emerging talent, showcasing riders who are producing consistent performances at international level as they continue their journey towards senior championship competition.
The July 2026 rankings once again highlight the strength of British youth riders across several disciplines. Great Britain continues to feature prominently in Eventing, Dressage, Jumping and Para Dressage, with a number of riders holding places among the world's leading young athletes, despite strong competition from international rivals.
Jumping U25 Jack Whitaker Holds Top Six Position
Belgium's Thibeau Spits remains at the top of the FEI Jumping U25 World Rankings, while Britain's Jack Whitaker continues to maintain his place among the sport's leading young riders. Whitaker currently occupies sixth position with 1,579 points, reflecting his continued consistency on the international circuit.
A notable change within the leading positions saw Monaco's Anastasia Nielsen climb to seventh after securing victory in the 5* St Tropez Grand Prix with ESI Rocky. The 20-year-old added another significant achievement to her career after previously winning the European Junior title in 2023 with Tailormade Contou.
Dressage British Riders Continue to Impress
The FEI Dressage Young Rider World Rankings continue to be led by the Dutch partnership of Anniek van Dulst and My First Choice Dutopia. British riders nevertheless remain firmly represented among the world's leading competitors as European youth dressage continues to produce athletes progressing towards senior championship level.
In the Junior Dressage rankings, Britain's Isla Sully continues to lead the world standings with Vagabond de Massa. The partnership strengthened their position following a successful performance at Wellington, Great Britain, where they secured victories on both days of competition.
Their score of 72.598% in the Junior Individual Competition was the only result to exceed 70% during the event, allowing Sully to preserve her five-point advantage at the top of the rankings. Her continued success reinforces her position among Britain's leading young dressage riders.
Eventing Britain Enjoys Outstanding Success
Eventing continues to be one of Britain's strongest youth disciplines, with several riders occupying leading positions across the latest FEI rankings.
Germany's Calvin Böckmann remains number one in the FEI Eventing U25 World Rankings, while Britain's Alice Casburn sits third on 212 points after an impressive season. Fellow British riders Isabelle (Issy) Cook and Jasmine Underwood complete a strong British presence in fourth and fifth respectively. All three riders are preparing for the inaugural FEI U25 World Championship in Millstreet, Ireland.
Britain's strength is even more evident in the Young Rider rankings, where Isabelle (Issy) Cook remains world number one with 176 points. She leads fellow Briton Jasmine Underwood by 24 points, while Australia's Lamoza Velisha occupies third place. Another British rider, Jago Jackson, sits fourth following another strong international performance, with British competitors making up half of the world's top ten.
The Junior Eventing rankings are also headed by a British rider. Ella Howard continues to hold the number one position at the age of 18, leading the standings with 117 points. Her advantage of 58 points over her nearest challenger reflects the consistency of her performances throughout the season.
Para Dressage Elan Williams Extends Her Lead
British rider Elan Williams continues to top the FEI Para Dressage U18 World Individual Rankings. Competing in Grade I with Nalique, Williams has maintained her world number one position through a series of impressive performances.
She now leads Hong Kong's Lok Yee Louie Lam by 381 points, with a total of 1,329 points. The 17-year-old continues to demonstrate Britain's strength in developing future Paralympic talent.
Endurance Rankings
The FEI Endurance Junior and Young Rider rankings have a new leader, with China's Jiahe Sui moving into first place after another strong season. In the youth combination rankings, Tunisia's Rayan Louhichi and Karawene Carthage continue to occupy the leading position.
British Youth Riders Continue to Build for the Future
The July 2026 FEI Youth Rankings highlight the continued success of Britain's emerging equestrian athletes across multiple disciplines. Strong performances in Eventing, Dressage, Jumping and Para Dressage demonstrate the country's depth of young talent competing at the highest international level.
